I use OneDrive. Adobe Express doesn't sync. Where on disk do they keep "my stuff"?

I run Windows 11 and Edge most recent versions. Lately I started Adobe Express and really like it, but I'd like to manage the files in "my stuff". I can upload and download from Adobe express, but I can't open Adobe Express files on my computer. except as pdf. I get a message that the files don't sync. Not sure why, but I do use OneDrive for everything.

Hello @Kaywise41 and @Candace31736056mu34 you certainly should be able to open PNG and all file types downloaded from Adobe Express. How are you downloading the files? The usual method is:

1. In the project go to Download and choose the file type. In this example it's PNG.

Transparent PNG has an extra step where you have to set the background colour to No Fill first befoer seeing the option for transparent PNG.

2. The file should go to your Downloads folder - or wherever you have told your browser to send downloaded files. For Chrome that's in Settings>Downloads.

3. From here you can move the file to other storage places e.g. my projects go to my 2024 Art folder on my C drive.

Is this the procedure you are doing? If so where is it telling you that you can only save PDF files? If you can, share screenshots of your downloda process.

Yes, this is how I am downloading, just as you describe. I contacted Microsoft Support and Dell Support. Microsoft Support told me I have to change to PDF. But I want a PNG for best internet display. Dell told me it's a problem with my computer and to mail my pc in. Which everything else is working, so that seems odd. I did google up: Why can't I open PNG files in Microsoft Edge. Others have this problem. I am searching for solution.

Hello again @Candace31736056mu34 may I ask when you download a PNG or JPG what do you do, or want to do, with your PNG image?

I'm a bit confused by your remark "I can't open PNG files in Microsoft Edge" because I don't know why you want to open a PNG image in a web browser?? I don't open images like this in a browser; typically an image program is used On Windows there is the Photos app or in my case I have Photoshop I can use.

If I download a file as a PNG to OneDrive, I cannot open it. I have to save as a PDF to open in OneDrive. Why would this happen?
