Question

I've been working a short video and several days ago the edit tools are not available and the processing has stalled. I can't proceed with the work and I've updated, cleared my computers cashe.

Things were fine until I generated a photo and tried to remove the background. since then, nothing is processing and I left my computer on and the express app running overnight to see if anything would happen with the processing. I can’t finish the video, and I have run updates, cleared my computer and run scans and nothing has changed. I’m paying for a working app and I’m no able to use it.

    From what you described, it looks like the issue may have started after using the background removal, which could be affecting processing in your project. In some cases, a brief network drop during processing can also cause things to stall, so using a stable internet connection may help resolve this.

     

    Could you share a screen recording of what you’re seeing along with the browser version you’re using? Also let us know if this is happening only with this project or across others as well.

     

    In the meantime, you can try signing out and back in or opening the project in an incognito or private window to see if that helps.

    Once we have a bit more information, we’ll look into this further and guide you on the next steps.
