Idk what problem is when I saw this warning sign. Plz help me out!

I've got a problelm to get this warning sign whenever I tried to attach 'design asset' or 'upload my image'. I can do attach 'icon' but beside that, I can't do above mentioned two. 

I use free plan and guess there is a limit to use design asset or image but there is no mention about this limit. Already tried reload my web browser (chrome) or reopen it but it didn't work. 

 

Please let me know how to solve this problem. Thanks!
