If there is a Hell...I am in it. Blurry videos changing right in front of my eyes.

I tried...over and over. 

I upload one clip - all is well, I upload two more...I go back to watch all three and now the first one is blurry?

I try uploading a fresh version of that blurry one...it's fine, now one of the other two is blurry?

I download the video to test it...it must be because I'm on a "live" app and it's just slow internet or something right?

Nope. The downloaded movie shows the same. 

This was all after trying to "adjust" the brightness, contrast, saturation etc trying to get a uploaded clip to not look faded and soft...which seemed to degrade it as well. Come to find out there may be an issue with HDR and they need to be re-encoded before uploading?

I spent over 4 hours tonight - between figuring out that the HDR mp4 sent by my client had to be re encoded and then NOT adjusted in any way in order to not look washed out or go fuzzy, to then trying to figure out why the clips would randomly blur even when I didn't adjust them?

I LITERALLY thought I was losing my mind. NO Exaggeration. 

Either that, or I'm dead...and in actual hell and am being tortured.
