Image crop is buggy - reverts to original size, can't make smaller or move

When using templates in Adobe Express the image needs to be moved or resized within the frame, and it will let me make it bigger but not smaller, and the image keeps almost reverting back to the position it was previously in when moved like it’s magentised back. eg if I drag it to the left using the mouse it just swings back to what it was before i moved it. I can move things only using the arrows, but this doesn’t help cos I can’t make items smaller to fit the crop box.

I have a video clearly showing this but can’t seem to upload.

Hi @Gabriel37244784c469 and everyone on this thread,

With a few people reporting the same thing - images snapping back when moved, and not being able to resize smaller within the crop frame - this looks like a real issue rather than something on any one person's setup, so I’d like to collect a little more information to pass along to the team.

A couple of things that'll help them pin it down:

→ Does it happen on every template/image, or only some?
→ Web version or the app, and which browser?
→ If you have a screen recording, that would be super useful! If you do, DM me and I’ll give you my email address if you can’t upload it here.

Hi,

It’s not every template. But every image in the template with that issue will have the problem (eg i tried diff images/file types and nothing would work if the error came up). I also tried to create new documents/templates and it would have the error.
web version, chrome for me but firefox for my colleague.
It would happen for me and 2 colleagues in the same template and then when i’d ask a third to check the same one, they wouldn’t have the error.

I had a similar issue with image cropping in Adobe Express. Try clicking outside the image frame first to deselect, then reselect and crop again. This reset the snap behaviour for me when creating graphics for my website.
