when I try to add an adobe stock image or design asset it doesn't load. text to image isn't working either

Hi @Christian_Leon3815

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Adobe Express is dependent on internet connectivity to load images. So, if you had a weak or intermittent internet connection, that could be an explanation. If you have a stable/fast internet connection I would trying these:

For Express on a computer in a web browser:

  • Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
  • Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/49n6p0t
  • Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/49jF67m
  • Ensure the browser and operating system are up to date, reboot the computer

For Express on a mobile device

  • Force restart the device - https://adobe.ly/3OE2zqc
  • Close all other apps other than Adobe Express
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
