Images with background removal export flat when saving as a PDF

Thanks for the clear write-up. The PNG-keeps-transparency / PDF-doesn't difference is a useful detail. I want to be straight with you before pointing you anywhere: I'm not certain yet whether this is a bug or just how Express's PDF export handles transparency - PDF exports do sometimes flatten transparency by design, so it may be a limitation rather than a defect. I'd rather confirm that than guess.

Two things would help me pin it down:

→ When it "defaults back to the original image with the background" - does the actual original photo background reappear, or do the transparent areas just get filled (e.g. with white)? Those are slightly different and point different ways.
→ Is this web or the app?

I'll check on the intended PDF export behavior with our team and come back to you either way — whether it's something that needs fixing or a current limitation, plus the best route to a transparent PDF if there is one.
