Images won't copy and past in Adobe Express

Question

I have been working on documents with no problem then all of a sudden Adobe Express won't let me copy images from one document to another. It gives the message "Copy and paste unsuccessful. Please refresh the page and try again".

This has stopped me from working on the project.

It will allow text to be copied and pasted from other projects or applications. It just won't allow me to copy and paste images from Adobe Express project to Adobe Express project.

I have restarted (both Adobe and the PC), cleared the clipboard, and tried opening new documents.

It was working fine then just stopped.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @defaulto3jliu6ury0s, Thanks for posting here. I tried replicating this, and it works fine on my end. I use the Google Chrome browser on a Windows 11 machine. Could you please share the browser and device details? Also, share a screen recording of the workflow you're following so we can investigate the issue.

Additionally, you should try using a different recommended browser, such as Edge, Safari, Firefox, or Chrome, or their private/incognito browsing mode, to see if that makes a difference.
