1. What browser you're using and version.
2. Platform.
3, Steps you're going through.
4. Errors/messages that pop up.
And include screenshots.

    Thank you for the reply Tarun. Fixed overnight. I beleive it was just a "glitch" and bad timing. I'm guessing I was working at an inopportune time, perhaps an end-of-year adobe maintenance issue. Last year I had a simular weird issue.
