Importing PDF with Hyperlinks into Adobe Express

Hello,

I uploaded a PDF that has clickable hyperlinks in it to Adobe Express but once in Adobe express the links are not clickable. It looks like the import is in "image" format instead of a PDF document format where the hyperlinks are clickable. What am I doing wrong? Or is the PDF uploaded automatically switch to an image format? Thank you.
