Impossibilité de récupérer des modèles, une charte graphique et des visuels créée sur un compte étudiants après le terme de la licence étudiante

Mon compte Adobe est lié à une adresse mail étudiante et à un compte étudiant (gratuit lors des études), j’ai utilisé ce compte pour créer des modèles, modèles de marque et des visuels alors que le compte était actif. je n’ai pas effectué la migration de ces visuels sur un autre compte adobe avant le terme de la licence étudiante et je ne peux donc plus accéder à ces fichiers, comment les récupérer, les envoyer à un autre compte adobe pour pouvoir m’en servir depuis ce nouveau compte même si l’ancien n’est plus actif ?

Hi ​@practical_critic5ff3!The Brand Kit and other account specific content access may depend on the status of the student account and license. If the account was provided through your school, it would also be worth checking with the school’s IT administrator to see whether they can restore access or help with the account.If you can no longer access the projects or need to transfer them to another Adobe account, this will require an account level investigation.I’d recommend contacting Adobe Support and explaining that the content was created under a student account whose license has ended.They can check what recovery or transfer options are available.Hope this helps!
