Bonjour, j'ai réalisé une vidéo et impossible de la télécharger. Voici le message en pj. Je ne trouve pas les ressources ayant le ID 402698456. Merci pour votre aide et retour. Annelaure

You can find the expired asset by searching for the asset ID.

You'll have to click on the asset to find an asset ID. On the left panel, you'll see an information sign "i" Once you click on it, you can check if the ID matches the one on your error message: 402698456.

 

Here is an example:
