In Adobe Express No Text to Image Box

If I click Quick Actions, then "Text to Image", I see the following with no "Text to Image" box.

 

If I click Media > Text To Image, I then select Image Size (1:1), and again, see no Text to Image box.

 

What am I doing wrong? Can you help?

I just came across this post and wanted to see if the recent bug fixes made a difference.

Since you reported, our engineering team has been working hard to fix this pesky bug.
