Inappropriate Warning on Adobe Express

The reason I'm posting on this site is that I received a "Inappropriate Warning":notice on Adobe Express over a legal genuine picture that I tried to use Generative AI just to test it out and then I was going to Discard it only for me to accidentally click on Keep instead.

When I realised what had happened I discarded it straight away but now I face a potential Inappropriate Warning ⚠️ report or whatever it is.

I deeply regret what has happened a few days ago and I apologise fully to the Adobe company and the team etc for my accidental blunder which I regret totally.

You have also to remember that I have only just come on this site the last month or so on a free subscription so I'm still new to the place.

I hope Adobe can understand what I've been through the last few days and I bitterly regret my actions. Hopefully I will learn from this and do things properly and not controversially.

Yet again so sorry 😔 Adobe.

Hi @Vivacious_loyalty6784,

Welcome to the community! Thanks for flagging this. That “inappropriate” warning can appear when content or prompts potentially trip our safety filters.

Could you please share:

  1. The exact text/prompt you used (or a redacted version).
  2. A screenshot of the warning, plus your browser/app version.

In the meantime, you can try rephrasing the prompt or removing sensitive words to see if it proceeds.

Regards,

Hi Tarun,

First of all I only used the Generative AI credits feature on Adobe Express to only see how it works on the picture itself and then I was going to discard the picture anyway. Strange thing is that the Inappropriate warning just came out of nowhere and then disappeared quick so I didn't have time to screen print it. That's why I accidentally pressed keep via my mouse rather than discard which I did do the second time. So in general i didn't use any text prompt at all.

This chaos has probably put me off using this tool on Express again in case the AI puts another inappropriate warning on again. 😆🤔 🤔

By the way I have noticed on my free subscription Adobe account that I have 500KB left in the Cloud Storage but for some reason every file on the screen is empty and therefore I can't get access to the cloud to permanently delete the remaining files.

Any suggestions.

Well folks I will like to wish you all a Happy New Year and lets hope 2026 is not as nasty as 2025.

I will say to the potential new folk who will one day come on Adobe in 2026 is that before you do anything on here read the rules and guidelines etc and don't make blunders on the first day like I did when I got 2 Inappropiate Warnings for posting content by mistake because I accidentally pressed the wrong button on Adobe Express after I was testing out the AI Generative credits for the first time and the truth is that I was actually going to discard the items straight away and instead in panic I clicked on the "keep"button when the "Inappropiate Warning" signal was shown.

Well that was a good start for me making my debut on Abode. I just wish I concentrated more and then I could of pressed the discard button a lot earlier and I wouldn't of received those warnings.

I regretted it then last week and I am still regretting it now.

Anyway apart from that first day disaster everything on this site has been OK apart from the fact that I still can't get access to the Cloud Storage box. Hmm

Regards
