Incorrect charges

Hi everyone, I used my free trial for one day and then cancelled it because it wasn't needed anymore. But the app wants to charge me for it even though I cancelled on time 

What can I do?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. You can get help with your account billing here. Use a browser that allows pop-up windows, and look for the little chat bubble.

Also, AdobeCare on Twitter are very helpful, so give them a try too. Don't put any personal, identifying information in your intial tweet, just the outline of your problem and they'll tell you what to do.
