Instagram - Connection

Hello, im havig an issue seeing the content I post on Adobe Express on my desktop to the the app. When I get a notification that it's time to post. When I click on the notification, I don't see the post that I scheduled. This has been going on for two weeks! When will this issue be resolved?  I have no issues with Facebook or Twitter.

Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry you're having trouble with your Scheduler.

 

Have you already tried disconnecting and reconnecting Instagram from your Adobe Express Scheduler? If not, it might be worth trying this first.

 

If you've already tried this and are still experiencing issues, please send us a walk-through video of all the steps you take when posting on Instagram showcasing the error and details of the browser version, device version, and OS you are using.
