Invitation to Collaborate not working

Hi,

I received an invitation to collaborate on a folder.  Clicking on the "Accept" takes me to the Express web portal but the bell icon doesn't any notifications to accept.  Tried inside the CC app, nothing as well.  Not sure what to do as I can't sync with this folder no matter what I try.  Did a reset of my computer, the app, tried multiple browsers.  The bell icon is not showing any new collab invites.

I'm having this issue too, I can see invites to Team Projects but can't seem to accept. I hit the accept button then it seems to proecess for a bit before nothing happens. Oddly I can actually send out Team project invites to other who seem to be able to accept them without issue. Could it be a firewall issue for me?
