If it's your Adobe billing invoice/receipt that's tied to your account,you can go to https://account.adobe.com/profile and click on “Plans and payment” and update from there. Or if you need help with something more specific within that, you can go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

If it's an invoice you created in Express from a template - and you want to edit the text, amounts, or logo on it - you can just reopen that project and edit the fields directly: open it from Your stuff, click into any text box to change the wording or figures, and download again when you're done.
