Question

Is Adobe Express Premium worth calling being Premium

Have been trying since last night to merge few pdf files into single one using Adobe Express but all my sincere efforts are going to vain, files are uploaded successfully but the moment i click on the download button nothing happens, screen freezes and no file is saved in my laptop’s Download Folder and all this is happening despite the fact that i shelled few bucks to avail Adobe Express’s Premium Feature.  Was choosing Adobe Express Premium service over other efficient tools the biggest blunder i did in my life?

It’s crap. I’ve got a deadline and can’t even log in right now. Everything went downhill after CS6.

    Hi @stuartd21972597

Are you able to log in now? There was a brief outage around midnight (Pacific time), but should be resolve now. Sorry for the inconvenience, and let us know if you continue to run into issues.

    Thanks

    Hi @NikSV

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Do you have a lot of pages or large PDFs in terms of size on disk? To rule out any page count or size considerations, could you try a simpler case (fewer pages, small PDFs). If that freezes as well, could you try another browser or private/incognito mode?

    Thanks

    Hey @NikSV
This could be a bug to be honest.
To merge PDFs I would consider using Acrobat.

    Cheers
