Is Generative AI a part of Adobe Express in CCE for K-12 for International Schools?

Is the Generative AI tab in Adobe Express blocked for schools? I teach at an International school in Austria that subscribes to CCE All Apps for K-12 and do not have the AI feature in Express. The school IT guy says it must not be included. Is this true?

From the Help files I'd have to say, yes it's true. K-12 education users do not have access to Adobe Firefly features. You have to scroll down quite a way but it's on this page https://helpx.adobe.com/express/express-faq.html
