Is it picking from a library of existing designs?

Question

Tried out the chatgpt Adobe Express link.  Is it using chatgpt to find an existing design in the Adobe Express library as opposed to creating one based on the prompt?  I ask because changes in the prompt result in the same designs.
 
create a design of a cybernetic mechatronic robotic cybersecurity warrior using fire department and firefighter themes

design a logo for my cybersecurity consulting company using firefighting themes:

Hey! Really appreciate you sharing the images and the detailed feedback here. We just launched an update last week where our GPT will generate a template based on the prompt instead of only finding the relevant templates in our collection.

We are still teaching GPT how to generate logos, but I encourage you to try your first prompt (where you asked for a design, not a logo) and let me know what you think!
