after a hiatus, our marketing team has returned to Adobe Express. Is it true that you can no longer store .express files locally? If so, this is ridiculous. We have a very complex production workflow related to various needs that are quite common with posting to different social media networks with different production profiles. It's a game changer and will have us looking elsewhere.

Hey @dylan_5828, Since Adobe Express is an online-only app, the only way to get an Adobe Express file saved locally to your computer is to export it in the available formats, i.e., PNG, JPG, PDF, and MP4. If you do so, the final copy will be saved on your device as a finished project. Any updates you make on the Adobe Express app will not be reflected in these exports; you'd need to download another copy to get its updated version.

Thanks!

Hi @johnh28665412

Adobe Express saves everything online so local copies shouldn't be necessary. You can setup collaborators to all work on the same project. Here are some related articles https://adobe.ly/4gAzgAE and https://adobe.ly/4hkN1EL

If certain team members need to save out for different social media networks they should just be able to open the file online to save out a local copy rather than a .express file

"local copies shouldn't be necessary"

Who do you think you are, telling us what features you believe we do and don't need? I should be allowed to store anything that I make on my computer, rather than having to rely on the cloud. Tell me how to move Adobe Express files from the cloud to my computer.
