Is Premiere Rush included with Express?

So on here it looks like PR is included when subscribing to Adobe Express:

But on here I dont see it listed?

So am I right in thinking that, if I subscribe to Express, I also get Premiere Rush aswell as Firefly credits?

I m not sure which plan you purchased. If you purchased just Express then no you don't have Premiere.

If you purchased the all Apps or Premiere package then yes: you have access to Premiere.

Thanks, I haven't purchased anything yet.

But that first link I posted has an Adobe Express package listed which seems to include Rush?
