Is there a video length limit when publishing a link (free account)?

I created a video of 5 minutes and 11 seconds and published it to the web. The publish link cuts the video down to 5 minutes. How can I make the publish link display the full video? If it's not possible, how can I share the mp4 download? When I try to email the mp4 download it doesn't allow me to?

I am using Windows 11 if that changes anything.
