Is there a way to skip the Log in as guest step in abobe express public share

Hi community,

I would like to share an interactive presentation with a potential client. When I share the link the recepient gets this super annoying box to register. Is it possible to skip this and just go to the presentation? I just switched from Canva but this wants me to go back ASAP. This is a B2B sales nightmare as clients get presented another barrier.

Is there a way to add to the URL a parameter that tells the browser to select continue as guest?

Hi @Elena23492670lrfr

Sorry for the delay. I'm not sure if this is a recent change but I get the same thing so don't think there is away around the guest prompt. I thought I tested before and didn't see it but I could be mistaken. I saw someone created a feature request to have the prompt removed here: https://adobe.ly/4aSHO4o I noticed feature request was created mid-December.

Same issue. If you've been using this product for awhile, we know the expected experience is to send someone to the page and they view it without the unnecessary hurdle of login or guest login. This is actual embarassing finding out from a client. And what's even more annoying is the inconsistency of it. Some people get this while others don't. I'm afraid to send links out to people now. Looing into Canva and other options. I'm over it.

Hi @Elena23492670lrfr

Do you have the View only link option when sharing? This might be the feature you're looking for and doesn't require any kind of sign-in for the recipients.

Best,
Dave

Hi Dave,

thank you so much for the quick response. I'm using this button

And when I share this link, the user gets this login modal window first. The recipient can "Continue as Guest" but this seems strange if I receive a file from a potential solution provider (it's a B2B Sales brochure).

My expected results is similar to how Canva public links work. So the recipient lands on the presentation and must only accept cookies. (preferable that would also be a settings option for the sender).

Does that make sense?
