Is there an app, express action, or method to convert a group of phrases or words into this style?

Question

I would like to be able to take a group of words or phrases and turn it into an image that's similar to this, without so much manual layout work. Any ideas? It would be amazing if there was an Adobe Express Action to do this.

Thanks for your contribution to the community. I'd like to inform you that currently, within Adobe Express, this type of project has to be made manually; however, creating such a word cloud could be a fantastic feature; I'll inform the team about this.
