Is there no option to change all words that are already type d into lower case? Additionally ...

Can someone tell me if Adobe Express doesn't have these features:

• Merge cells on the table
• Extensive Templates - like habit trackers (I did check the templates they have but there's nothing)
• Option to lowercase and uppercase all text that are already typed
• Ability to change only one row border line color

I've been having a hard time with Adobe Express trying to fing these things but I was using a different platform but the thing is I am also very tech savvy, and  so it's either Adobe has a very bad UX design or is just lacking compared to the other ones.  I do think it would be great if you could make user experience , specially with this one, easier.
