Issues with images on Adobe Creative Cloud Express Web Page

I am trying to create an Adobe Express (Spark) web page, but the images are not uploading properly. I keep getting this error message: "This is odd. We could not process that image for some reason. If this continues, please let us know. (Error code: 200001)". I can still see the images on the web page as I build it - and they are preserved when I leave the project and come back to it - but when I try to preview or publish the pages, there are no images at all. Any help is appreciated!

Hi! I had the same issue.. I used Paint and y saved the picture in png. It seems that there was a filter that Adobe express doesn't load. Saving the picture in png you loose this filter...Now it works. I hope it will work for you!

When I attempt to create a web page (Spark) my images load in, but then the spinning loading indicator persists and the image is never actually uploaded. When I refresh, everything is gone, including any text I've added, the name of the project - all gone. I've tried using IE and Firefox so far and it's the same experience on desktop/web.

Hi Carlo,

We are sorry about the trouble you're facing with Creative Cloud Express; this shouldn't happen.

Would you mind telling us which platform are you working on (browser, iOS or Android)?

If you're working on a browser, it seems like a plugin most likely causes this issue. You may try using the incognito mode or another browser? Also, You can try disabling any recently installed plugins and then clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you're using?

We are here to help; let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Amitej
