Issues with pixelated assets when imported from the CC Library and when imported as png

Hi, 

I have two issues with CC Express. 

1. if I want to acess asstes in my Library the they are pixelated and some letters are not being recognized.. (I did install the correct Font in CC Express)

2. therefore I tried to import the same assets as pngs. They are about 1200x 900 px and still appear pixelated on the Instagram Post I want to create in CC Express.

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry about that. Not what we want to hear. Could you try checking the following things:


    1)Try to create another project(Not Instagram Post) with the same assets.
    2)Could you try importing the same assets as JPG and then create an Instagram Post and some other post(Facebook Post, Poster, etc)?

     

    Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.
