Question

It crashed on me this afternoon and now I keep getting a "Failed to Open Page" message

The new adobe express crashed while I was clicking through my projects. When I click through I should be able to access each project, the page went blank and now I keep getting a "Safari Cant Find the Server" message. I've rebooted my Mac which is running on the OS Ventura 13.4.1.

Logged out and back into Creative Cloud no success. I have alot of saved projects. Also my wifi service is fine.

    @Ava311620873y85, Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the frustration. Our engineering team has recently fixed some reported bugs. Could you please confirm if you're still experiencing this issue?

     

    In the meantime, you can try clearing your browser cache and ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version or use a different browser. If the problem persists, don't hesitate to let me know.
