It's not allowing me to mix any template

Hi everyone! For some reason, the app is not allowing me to remix or work on ny templae (free or premium). Once I select it, it keeps loading forever and never opens. What can I do? Thanks!

Thanks for writing to us. Would you mind telling us which platform you're working on (Web/Android/iOS)? Since when are you having trouble with this issue? Is it happening with all the templates or any specific one?

If you're working on any browser, could you try after clearing the cache and cookies and restarting it? You may try working on a different browser or incognito/private mode. You may also try after switching to another internet connection.

If you're on any mobile device, please ensure that the device OS and the Adobe Express app are up to date.
