Jpeg converted to SVG is leaving out parts of illustration

Question

I created a Jpeg file in Photoshop and uploaded it to Adobe Express to have the image vectorized. Adobe Express claims to have vecorized the image, but the downloaded vectorized image is missing many lines from my original illustration! What is happening, and how can I fix this issue? Thanks for any help.

I haven't been able to replicate this issue. Our engineering team has recently fixed some reported bugs. Would you mind sharing if you're still experiencing any problems?
