JUICE BGM NO LONGER ON ADOBE EXPRESS – BIG PROBLEM, MONEY TAKEN FOR ONE YEAR MEMBERSHIP

NEED HELP! On December 18, 2024 I paid for the One Year Pro Membership for Juice BGM (music add-on) that was on Adobe Express. It only worked for one month and stopped working. Now I don't even see Juice BGM on Adobe Express at all as an add-on. The Juice Equaliser is there, but not the music add-on. I tried to contact the developer using their online contact form, but they have not responded. I'm feeling ripped off. $90 USA / £70+ GBP for the add-on that isn't even there anymore. Has anyone on here had similar issues and any resolution? I tried: company@juice.co.kr and ethics@juice.co.kr, and emailed GumRoad.com but no one has responded. HELP!!!

I was able to contact some fellow employees who helped. They've reached out to the plug-in maker to see what happened. Apparently, they've been having some technical issues they're currently working on resolving. They should follow up with you to get you a refund.

Hi David, WOW. Refund will be great for me, but I'm also sad because they had great music that I used in my reels. ;  (

I hope you are correct about the refund, because the company has NOT been in contact with me at all, since I messaged them on January 21st. I will see how they handle this now. A big thank you for researching this for me and to the others who assisted you. I will give Juice a bit of time to see if they contact me, otherwise I'll get back in touch here for a way to contact them directly. I'll give you an update when I hear more. Kind regards, Deborah

Sorry to hear you haven't been able to get this sorted. I'm not sure what options are available. I'm checking if others have suggestions.
