JUICE BGM PRO AUDIO NOT WORKING ON ADOBE EXPRESS

HI COMMUNITY, I NEED YOUR HELP! I purchased the Juice BGM Pro Membership on December 18, 2024 for the price of £71 ($75), for one year. It was a great program, BUT after only one month it stopped working, around January 21, 2025. I've tried to contact Juice BGM as well as Gumroad (GUMRD.COM) who list the product, and no response from either of those companies. I'm fuming!
The error message I get on Adobe Express is: "Failed to Load. Please check network and reload."
I've deleted the app and reloaded it, and still nothing. I'm at a loss as to what to do. I have no idea how to fix it or how to get a response from those companies. And I'm out of £71 too!
Their music was really good and fit my content real well. I'm reluctant to purchase from another company and get ripped off again.
Has anyone else used the Juice BGM program, or had any issues like mine? Suggestions would be appreciated on how to solve this. IT'S A PROBLEM AND WRECKING MY WORK! I FEEL SCAMMED!
