Hallo zusammen,

ich habe mich mit meiner Schul E-Mail Adresse registriert um Adobe Express für mich und die Lehrkräfte an unserer Schule zu nutzen. Wie kann ich meine E-Mail Adresse verifizieren?

Für schnelle Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Liebe Grüße

    Hi @DerBernd26!!

    Welcome to the Adobe Express Community - excited for you and your teachers to get started using Express!

    I would check out these links, they will walk you through activating your K-12 license, and deployment:

    If for some reason after that you aren't able to get your accounts activated, you can reach out to k12us@adobe.com directly!

    Hi Rosedv,

    thank you for the quick reply. The website you provided makes an Microsoft or Google account mandatory. We have our own E-Mail server due to data privacy concerns. Is M/G only necessary for the admin console or will every teacher be forced to login with google or microsoft?

    Thank you!

    @DerBernd26 - great question!

    The onboarding wizard your IT admin (or if this is you!) would use does require Microsoft or Google admin accounts.

    • Simple school or district deployment: IT Administrators globally can set up Adobe Express for K-12 with just a few simple steps and provide access to all users in minutes through our simple onboarding wizard. The wizard requires the IT Admin to have either a Microsoft 365 Global Admin Account or a Google Workspace for Education Super Admin account.

    That being said, I checked in with the team, and you may be able to create an admin console by going through a reseller that your school uses for the rest of its software purchases. You can use any SAML 2.0 SSO provider, but you will need to work with support to set up any sort of User Sync that is outside of Google/Azure (likely a generic User Sync Tool).

    If for some reason you still are having issues, I would use that email referenced above to see if you can get further, more personalize assistance (k12us@adobe.com).

    I hope this helps with your next steps, and that you can get started with Express soon, so we can see what you and your teachers create!
