lightroom connectivity

Hello I have paid for the creative cloud storage and have all of my photos and videos in lightroom. I want to create a reel using Adobe Express but cannot find a way to access my photos and videos from the creative cloud, I only seem to be able to upload fron my computer. I don't have enough memory on my computer which was why I decided to pay for the create cloud storage plan - this is not much use to me though if I can then access my photos and videos via the other apps. Any suggestions much appreciated - thanks in advance

Adobe Express used to connect automatically to Lightroom, but they took that option away some time ago. Who knows if/when they will bring it back. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for photographers who use LR daily and they have to jump through hoops and workarounds to use Express.
