Hey Mustafa,

This link should be able to assist you. As far as I know you would need to disconnect from one account and connect to the othe account.

Hi mate,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this didn't work. I tried to log out of all account on TikTok also but nothing works. I just gave up 🤷🏻‍♂
