Link doesn't work

Question

I've made a short (15 second) video (using Adobe Rush) which I have uploaded into Adobe Express. At the end of the video I want to add "LEARN MORE" with those words linked to a website. However, after creating the link and downloading the finished project, then opening the video, the link doesn't work. Ultimately I want to be able to send this video via text, but I can't find any indication  whatsoever that this will ever be possible. Can anyone help?

Sorry for the confusion. The hyperlink option only works when saving your project as a PDF not as a video. You can also create webpage files with hyperlinks but unfortunately video/image files don't support embedded links.
