link thumbnail generation for whatsapp

I'm having problems sharing a link via WhatsApp. The thumbnail is not created. It only happens with the Adobe Express link, other sites create it normally. I've already tried on Wb and the app, neither of them works. I've already tested putting a photo smaller than 300kb on the cover, but it still doesn't work. Can you help me?
Is there any way this works?
