Linked Asset Resolution

Hi, I'm trying to link my Ps Element with Express in hopes to make a Template that my Collegue can use. The Asset that I put in the linked Liberary shows pixelated in AE, even though Its actuall Resolution is Ridiculous (See Screenshots) I have even tried saving at approx same resolution as the AE Canvas, with same results.
