How do I connect a Linkedin business profile? I have admin access to it but the scheduler only gives me the option to connect my personal account

Did you also have to buy the Premium Adobe?

Hi @dumpstor_3696, Welcome to our community!

Please refer to the following resources, as they'll provide you with info on how to link the platforms for content scheduling using Adobe Express. With the free account, you can plan and schedule posts to 1 account per social network, and if you get Adobe Express Premium, you can plan and schedule posts to 3 accounts per social network.

I have the same problem, and have not been able to find a solution yet. I am an admin for our business page but not the SUPER admin, and Adobe said maybe that is why I can't post to the business page. Have you asked your super admin to try posting via the scheduler yet?

Hi Grace,

Thank you for writing us. When you connect a LinkedIn account to Schedule, you will be required by LinkedIn to grant Creative Cloud Express permission to your page or profile.

  1. In Connections, you will receive a prompt to connect and log in to your LinkedIn account.
  2. Type your username and password and select Sign in.
  3. You are now connected to LinkedIn. You will now be allowed to select which Page or Profile you would like to connect to Schedule. Use the dropdown menu to choose your Page or Profile.

Note: LinkedIn publishing is available only to those on the Premium Adobe Express plan.

Thanks

Hello, I am having the same problem as the other commenters here. I do not see an option to add my LinkedIn page. I am a content admin, not a super admin. Do I have to be a super admin in order for this connection to work?

Thanks,

Ian

Hi Ian,

I had my Super Admin make me a Super Admin as well, and that fixed my problem.
