log in doesn't recognize existing account

when I try to login - it doesn’t recognize my account email.  I tried every email I had, but, it is saved in my log ins, so, I know I have the right one.  It forced me to create a new account.  I paid for software.  Now I have no access to my software or my saved projects.  Anyone else having this issue?  I emptied all cache, I restarted computer - I have done everything I can find on line as a possible solve.

    Welcome to the Adobe Express community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know what happens when you try to login with your Adobe ID? Do you get any error messages? If so, can you share the screenshot of it?
