Login Issues

I suddenly can't login to my Creative Cloud Express classroom nor can I login to my admin account.  It worked yesterday.  We have the free version for Education K-12. I've tried two different computers and two different browser.  When I try to login to the admin account it tells me "You don't seem to have access....see your administrator".  I am the administrator.  When I try to login to my Classroom, it signs me in with a personal account (blue profile pic, and no classroom).  I have assignments to grade and need help.  Thanks
