Logo correction existing file

I cannot work on my logo file nor download it. The Logofile will not open so I can make changes. 
All my other files open correctly and can be downloaded.

  • Did you try using other suggested browsers?
  • Did you try clearing the browser cache and cookies?
  • Did you try duplicating the project and see if that opens?
