One more thing worth checking: click each video clip in the timeline and look at the volume slider in the properties panel, since it's easy to accidentally drag it to zero while trimming. Also try downloading the video or playing a quick preview export. Sometimes the audio is actually fine in the file and it's only the browser preview that's silent, which tells you it's a playback issue rather than a lost project.

    Hi @reliable_image442c,

Sorry that you’ve run into this - hopefully we can get you up and running again!

A few things to try in Adobe Express:

    1. Save a copy of the project and reopen it.
    2. Check whether the original video files still play audio outside of Express.
    3. Try opening the project in a different browser or an Incognito/Private window.
    4. If the audio tracks are missing only within the Express project, please share a screenshot of the timeline and let us know:
      • Which browser you're using and its version
      • Whether this happens in all projects or only this one
      • Whether the audio waveforms are still visible on the clips

It sounds like the project may not be loading the clip audio correctly, and those details will help us determine whether this is a project-specific issue or something broader.
