Manage dynamic QR codes missing

I created some dynamic QR codes that I now need to change the links for, however the ‘manage QR codes’ button is now missing. 

I appreciate there has been another post on this but I really need to change these links urgently so please can you let me know when Adobe expect this issue to be fixed?

Why offer the service and then take it away?
