Meenu Hinduja and Dheeraj Sudan : How do I install or update Adobe Creative Cloud apps?

Hi, I am Dheeraj Sudan, based in the UK. I work as a software developer and also co-run a business with my wife, Meenu Hinduja. I am having trouble installing or updating Adobe Creative Cloud apps. I have tried the usual steps, but the issue is still not resolved. Could you please suggest me on the correct way to install or update Creative Cloud apps?

Can you please specify if you're having trouble with the Creative Cloud Desktop app installation or any other Adobe app? If it's an application, can you specify the name, device details, and the installed OS?

If you can share what all steps you've followed and where you get stuck, we'll have a better view of the issue.

Do let us know if you're getting any error message when updating/installing the application.
