Menu items now behind a 'more' button

Just noticed that the icons I frequently use - Brands, Schedule and add-ons are now behind a more button in the left hand side menu. Why? Just an extra click and takes these items further away from easy access.

Please reconsider or even better, let us customise the menu. Far too simplistic now.
