Merge videos not merging?

Question

I've got a bunch of videos that are a couple seconds long so I've been using this to merge them all together but lately, after uploading the clips and trimming them, checking that everything looks fine, the downloaded video is wrong?
Let's say all my small videos come together to about 2 minutes. Once downloaded, i see the full video is 40 seconds and all the clips I put there that DO show up in the final video are in different orders.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties with merging your videos.

I merged videos through the Quick Action option from the home page and all the clips were downloaded. For more details, you can take a look here.

In order to help you, can you tell us what browser, browser version and operating system you are using? Can you try with a different browser and/or device if possible? Let us know if you're using mobile or desktop for your project as well as which OS you are using, ie iOS/Android, etc. Can you send a screenshot or a screen-record so we can see what you're experiencing?
