Merging Video losing the sound

I merged the videos my original videos have audio,. However, After merging the video I lost the video. I don't see any setting to make it work. Could you please let me know how to make it work? or is it a bug in the product itself that it takes out the audio?

Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry you're having difficulties with merging videos.

 

I merged videos that have original audio and I downloaded it. I could hear the sound in the downloaded video. Have you turn the music off in Adobe Express while you were merging the videos?

 

In order to help you, can you tell us what browser, browser version and operating system you are using? Can you try with a different browser and/or device, if possible? Let us know if you're using mobile or desktop for your project as well as which OS you are using, ie iOS/Android, etc. Can you send a screenshot or a screen-record so we can see what you're experiencing?

I installed Windows application to do this project, I tried with chrome as well, both has given me same results. Where do I have option to turn of the Audio on the adobe Express app?

You can turn the music off in the app by clicking on 'Music' on the right side of your project. You can take a look at the screenshot attached to this answer. 

Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of your video? It will help to see what the issue is.
